Preface
It is very heartening to note that Shri Gaurav Jain, Advocate is publishing the articles written by his illustrious father Shri Justice N.K. Jain, presently the Chairman of the State Human Rights Commission, Himachal Pradesh and former Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court.
The publication of the articles, I am given to understand, is to perpetuate the memory of his grand father Late Justice J.P. Jain, Judge, Raj. High Court, Jodhpur. Shri Gaurav Jain could not have thought of any other way to perpetuate the memory of his grand father and I heartly congratulate Shri Gaurav Jain for his noble venture.
I hope that the book containing the articles authored by Shri Justice N.K. Jain will be of great help not only to the young students, but also for the budding lawyers and all those who are greatly interested in knowing more about the subjects contained in the articles.
I once again wish Shri Gaurav Jain all success in his maiden venture and by publishing the book and series of Book in future, Shri Gaurav Jain has also ensured a permanent place for him in the world of legal literature.
