Shri Gaurav Jain, promising advocate belonging to the illustrious family of the
judges is compiling and publishing the articles written and speeches delivered by
his father Justice N.K. Jain who adorned the High Court of Madras and Karnataka
as Chief Justice and at present Chairperson, State Human Rights Commission, Rajasthan.
The Articles are being published to make eternal the memory
of his grandfather Hon’ble Justice J.P. Jain, a great jurist, person of robust common
sense with a flowery and facile pen, whose judgments are and will always adorn the
library of Advocates, High Court’s and all those who want to understand the initricate
problems of law in simple lucid language. Above all he was a great human being with
humility and compassion.
The articles written, speeches delivered from time to time
by Justice Jain in this impressive publication will give insight to the students, advocates and all those who want to be well informed in this global age regarding
changing scenario of law.
I appreciate the endeavour of Mr. Gaurav Jain, Advocate and hope he will come forward with more publications and will give the people an
